Finding a therapist is no easy task given the innumerable choices out there! Perhaps you are here to understand yourself and others better, maybe you want to make sense of a challenging life experience or you are ready to feel more connected, happier and fulfilled in life!

The best place to start may involve thinking more about me than about you! Much has been said about the therapeutic relationship being an important predictor of change, so this is a great opportunity to get to know me to establish if I'm a good-fit for you!
